1. ພຣະອົງເຈົ້າຂ້າ
ຂ້ານ້ອຍເຝົ້າເບິ່ງດ້ວຍຢຳເກງ
O Lord my God, when I
in awesome wonder

ເພາະພຣະອົງຊົງ
ເປັນຜູ້ສ້າງຈັກກະວານ
Consider all the worlds
Thy hands have made

ເມື່ອຫຼຽວເບິ່ງດາວ
ແລະເມື່ອໄດ້ຍິນສຽງຟ້າຮ້ອງ
I see the stars,
I hear the rolling thunder

ເຫັນສີພຣະຫັດ
ຂອງພຣະອົງທົ່ວທ້ອງຟ້າ
Thy power throughout
the universe displayed

2. ເມື່ອຂ້າຄິດເຖິງ
ພຣະເຈົ້າຜູ້ບໍ່ຊົງເສຍດາຍ
And when I think, that
God, His Son not sparing

ພຣະບຸດອົງດຽວ
ສະເດັດມາເປັນຜູ້ໄຖ່
Sent Him to die,
I scarce can take it in

ຖືກທໍລະມານ
ຄຶງໄວ້ທີ່ກາງແຂນເພື່ອຂ້າ
That on the Cross,
my burden gladly bearing

ຂ້າຂອບພຣະຄຸນ
ທີ່ພຣະອົງຊົງເມດຕາ
He bled and died to
take away my sin

3. ຈະສະເດັດມາ
ດ້ວຍສຽງແກດັງກ້ອງເວຫາ
When Christ shall come,
with shout of acclamation

ເພື່ອຮັບເອົາຂ້າ
ກັບໄປຢູ່ໃນເມືອງຟ້າ
And take me home,
what joy shall fill my heart

ຂ້າຈະຂາບລົງ
ທີ່ຝ່າພຣະບາດດ້ວຍຖ່ອມໃຈ
Then I shall bow,
in humble adoration

ຖວາຍພຣະກຽດ
ແດ່ພຣະອົງເຈົ້າຍິ່ງໃຫຍ່
And then proclaim:"My God,
how great Thou art!"
