Above thy deep
and dreamless sleep

ດວງດາວສ່ອງ
ເຕັມທ້ອງຟ້າ
The silent
stars go by.

Yet in thy dark
streets shineth

ປາກົດດວງ

he ever
lasting Light;

ກຸມມານເຢຊູ

The hopes and

ປະສູດມາໃນຄາວນີ້.
Are met in
thee tonight.

ປະສູດມານັ້ນ
For Christ is
born of Mary,

ມາຣິອາເປັນມານດາ
And gathered

ມີບໍລິວານໄດ້ຈັດໄວ້ເຝົ້າ
While mortals sleep,
the angels keep

ຄືເທວະດາເມືອງຟ້າ
Their watch of
wondering love

ຍາມນັ້ນມີສຽງ
ປະກາດວ່າ
O morning stars,
together

ຜູ້ໂຜດຊົງເກີດວັນນີ້
Proclaim
the holy birth!

ຍ້ອງຍໍພຣະເຈົ້າ
ກະສັດຂອງເຮົາ
And praises sing
to God the King,

ໃຫ້ໂລກປີຕິຍິນດີ.
And peace to
men on earth.

ງຽບມິດດີຄັກ
How silently,
how silently

ພຣະເຈົ້າສະເດັດລົງມາ
The wondrous
gift is given!

ໂຜດຂ່າວປະເສີດ
ໃຫ້ແກ່ມະນຸດ
So God imparts
to human hearts

ດ້ວຍເມດຕາກະລຸນາ
The blessings
of His heaven.

ບໍ່ມີສຽງທີ່ອາດໄດ້ຍິນ
No ear may
hear his coming

ເວລາທ່ານຊົງປະກົດ
But in this
world of sin,

ແຕ່ຄົນສຸພາບທີ່
ຍອມຜິດບາບ
Where meek souls will
Receive Him still,

ພຣະອົງກໍ່ຍັງຊົງໂຜດ.
The dear
Christ enters in.

Descend to us,

and enter in;

Be born in
us today.

ຂໍໂຜດຊຳລະ

We hear the
Christmas angels

ໃຫ້ບໍຣິສຸດຜ່ອງໃສ
The great glad
tidings tell;

ໃນວັນບັງເກີດ

O come to us,
abide with us
