ເພາະພຣະອົງຊົງຢູ່
Because He Lives

1. ພຣະເຈົ້າປະທານ
ພຣະເຢຊູພຣະບຸດ
God sent His son,
they called Him Jesus;

ຊົງຮັກ ແລະ ໂຜດ
ຍົກໂທດແກ່ຂ້າ
He came to love,
heal and forgive;

ຊົງໄຖ່ຕົວຂ້າ
ໂດຍຍອມສິ້ນພຣະຊົນ
He lived and died
to buy my pardon,

ອຸບມຸງວ່າງເປົ່າ
ຊົງຢືນຢັນວ່າພຣະອົງຊົງຢູ່
An empty grave is there
to prove my Savior lives!

R. ເພາະພຣະອົງຊົງຢູ່
ຂ້າປະເຊີນທຸກສິ່ງໄດ້
Because he lives,
I can face tomorrow

ເພາະພຣະອົງຊົງຢູ່
ຄວາມຢ້ານຫາຍໄປ
Because he lives,
all fear is gone

ເພາະຂ້າແນ່ໃຈ ແນ່ໃຈ
ວ່າພຣະອົງຊົງນຳໜ້າ
Because I know,
I know he holds the future,

ຂ້າຈະອົດທົນ ເພາະຂ້າແນ່ ໃຈ
ວ່າພຣະອົງຊົງຢູ່.
And life is worth, the living just,
because He lives.
